About Suzanne Simpson
I am a widely experienced educator, senior leader, and lifelong learner committed to strengthening professional practice through high‑quality, ethical and relational supervision. My core values—self‑awareness, openness, respect and collaboration—align closely with the principles of CoPSiEbE and shape the way I create safe, generative spaces where educators can pause, reflect, think deeply and sustain their wellbeing.
As an HEA Fellow, CollectivEd Fellow and doctoral researcher in educational leadership and supervision, I offer a blend of practical insight and scholarly depth to support our work together. My background in school leadership, teacher education, coaching, and professional development enables me to work meaningfully with teachers, leaders, and support staff navigating the complex realities of educational life.
