I am a widely experienced educator, senior leader, and lifelong learner committed to strengthening professional practice through high‑quality, ethical and relational supervision. My core values—self‑awareness, openness, respect and collaboration—align closely with the principles of CoPSiEbE and shape the way I create safe, generative spaces where educators can pause, reflect, think deeply and sustain their wellbeing.
As an HEA Fellow, CollectivEd Fellow and doctoral researcher in educational leadership and supervision, I offer a blend of practical insight and scholarly depth to support our work together. My background in school leadership, teacher education, coaching, and professional development enables me to work meaningfully with teachers, leaders, and support staff navigating the complex realities of educational life.
Relational trust sits at the heart of my approach. I am known for clarity, calmness and empathy, and for holding a balance of supportive presence and constructive challenge that helps people grow with confidence. My experience includes presenting at national conferences (e.g. BERA, TEAN), supporting Senior Mental Health Leads across the UK and serving on external
