Georgie McIntyre

Georgie McIntyre is the Founder of Avant Consultancy and creator of the trademarked CALMER® Framework, a reflective approach that helps leaders, safeguarding professionals and organisations grow with greater clarity, confidence and integrity.

With more than 30 years’ experience across education, leadership and organisational development, Georgie has held senior leadership roles including Head of School and Chief Learning Officer before establishing her own consultancy. She is an ICF Accredited Coach, qualified professional supervisor and has completed specialist NSPCC Child Supervision training.

Georgie provides professional and safeguarding supervision for Designated Safeguarding Leads, senior leaders, coaches and values-led organisations, creating psychologically safe reflective spaces that strengthen professional judgement, resilience and ethical decision making. She also delivers executive coaching, consultancy and leadership development through her CALMER® Framework, supporting individuals and organisations to grow well whilst staying true to their values.
