I have extensive experience supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). My work focuses on promoting inclusion, improving access to learning, and empowering children, families, and professionals to achieve positive outcomes. I am passionate about creating supportive and effective educational environments where all learners can thrive and reach their full potential.

Through collaborative work with schools, families, and multi-agency professionals, I provide consultation, advice, assessment, and targeted support to address a wide range of learning and developmental needs. I value reflective practice and believe that supervision plays a vital role in maintaining professional curiosity, developing skills, and enhancing the quality of support offered to children and young people.

My approach is strengths-based, solution-focused, and grounded in building positive relationships. I aim to create a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental space where colleagues can explore challenges, celebrate successes, and consider new perspectives. I am particularly interested in supporting practitioners to develop confidence in their practice, manage complex situations, and maintain their own wellbeing while working within demanding educational contexts.
