Lizzie Egan-Walsh

Lizzie Egan-Walsh is an Executive Leadership Consultant, Executive and ADHD Coach, Reflective Supervisor, Group Facilitator and Neuro-Affirming Practitioner with over 25 years’ experience across education, SEND, leadership and organisational development.

Her experience includes working within dynamic leadership teams to transform schools facing significant challenge, including progression from Special Measures to Ofsted Good. This lived understanding informs her human-centred approach to leadership, coaching and supervision.

An integral member of IntraQuest CIC’s coaching and supervisory team, Lizzie works with individuals, groups and organisations nationally and internationally. Alongside 1:1 executive coaching and supervision, she facilitates bespoke reflective supervision groups and programmes for SENDCos, DSLs, EYFS practitioners and other education professionals, creating psychologically safe spaces to explore the complexity and emotional demands of their roles. She also designs and delivers one-off and ongoing coaching and development days for leaders and teams.

Her holistic, neuro-affirming approach integrates reflective practice, Positive Intelligence and sustainable wellbeing, with optional breathwork and Reiki where welcomed.
