About Sarah Stockley
I help educators sustain their wellbeing and deepen their capacity to connect with the children and young people they work with — especially those experiencing dysregulated behaviour, SEMH needs, attachment difficulties, neurodiversity, and trauma histories.
With over 30 years in education and 18 years specialising in Supervision, coaching, and consultation as an Inclusion teacher, I know that when adults are supported to reflect on the emotional intensity of their work, their relationships with the young people they support transform.
Core values:
🔹 Relational Connection — building rapport and holding genuine curiosity for others’ experiences
🔹 Compassion — leading with kindness and sensitivity
🔹 Collaboration — creating space for open, honest communication
Who I work with:
Teachers, SENCOs, Inclusion Leads, and SLT members with responsibility for behaviour and inclusion, across mainstream, specialist, and Alternative Provision settings.
What I offer:
✅ 1:1 and group Supervision
✅ Workshops and training on relational and trauma-informed practice
✅ Consultations to introduce and embed Supervision within schools
