At the heart of my work is a commitment to supporting the people who work in education. I understand the many demands and responsibilities educators face every day, and I am passionate about providing the emotional and professional support they need to thrive. My mission is to champion the integration of staff supervision within schools, creating a culture where educators have time and space to reflect, feel supported, think deeply and feel empowered in their professional roles. By strengthening support for the adults within our schools, we can create healthier relationships and more sustainable working environments. 

Ultimately, when educators are supported to thrive, they are better equipped to provide the care, leadership, teaching and support that enable children and young people to flourish too.
