Coaching and supervision helped me to see my situation from different perspectives, find my way back to my love of education and see my priorities for myself much more clearly. Supervision helped me to ground myself, set better boundaries for my work/life balance, understand my decision making process, and feel more optimistic about my leadership role. 

With over 25 years’ experience of working in mainstream and independent schools, and as a small business owner, I am a single parent to three beautiful teenage daughters and a huge lover of all animals, great and small. I also can’t say no to a buttery pastry and a bit of Strictly on a Saturday night!
