Phil Hickey

I have worked in educational supervision for the last two years following a 30 year career in education leadership. I am in the fortunate position to now have a hybrid career working for The National Governance Association as a consultant, being the director of strategy for AAEducates, a community interest company working to help disadvantaged young people into employment and training and working for two supervision providers.  I believe the richness of each of these experiences improves my supervision practice and my ability to support education leaders in all sorts of settings.
