Anna Laslett-Borja

My combined roles as supervisor, psychotherapist and educator create my unique approach to supporting professionals in education. I have recognised supervision training from CSTD Bath, hold accreditation with the BACP as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist, have a Place2Be qualification in Counselling Children and have spent over 20 years working as a teacher within the state and independent sector, both in the UK and abroad.

I offer 1:1 and group supervision in-person and online. In addition to my clinical supervision of therapists, I work with Heads of School, Senior Leaders, SENCOs, DSLs, FLOs, HR managers and Early Years Staff, placing psychological health, resilience and the ability to thrive at the heart of my practice.

My interest is in the quality of the relationship I form with my supervisee(s) and I pay a lot of attention to this. It is the root from which their wellbeing can flourish. My experience tells me that strong, grounded professionals have greater self-knowledge, cope better with their demands and responsibilities and can more easily recognise their skills and talents. I am passionate about helping my supervisees develop insight into themselves and their role within an institution; and to confidently create good working relationships.
