Ben Harper

I believe in providing an effective thinking space for my supervisees to step back from their practice and help them to think more ‘well’ about their work. I bring an understanding and experience of trauma informed relational practice to my work and encourage supervisees to consider their work in light of the feelings and needs of themselves, their colleagues and the children they work with. In addition to my work as a supervisor, I work for Quakers in Britain as the ‘Peacebuilding in Schools Coordinator’ which involves supporting, developing and advocating for relational approaches to education.
