As a Teacher, Designated Teacher and SENDCO, alongside management experience in the corporate sector, I understand the challenges of managing teams while balancing funding and external demands. Years supporting children, families and professionals give me a strong understanding of the challenges and realities when working with SEND, particularly neurodivergence, and trauma. Fostering experience has brought me additional skills in understanding the challenges of caring for children who have experienced trauma.
My coaching and supervision involve creating reflective, supportive spaces where professionals can openly explore complexity, strengthen confidence and develop more effective ways of supporting children, families and teams. I am particularly interested in helping people notice patterns in relationships, motivations, communication and systems with curiosity rather than blame and judgment. Through considering the whole person and wider context, individuals find clarity and develop realistic outcomes.
