About Gemma Drinkall

Gemma is an experienced supervisor, PCC coach and trainer with a background in secondary school education and leadership. After burning out of her own teaching career, Gemma resolved to support others, helping them to thrive as a human being and as an education professional. She brings this empathy and lived experience to her supervision, giving educators the thinking space they need to excel in their practice and promote their own wellbeing for the benefit of themselves and their school community. Gemma’s passion for teacher wellbeing goes beyond supervision. She is the host of the popular Teachers with Boundaries Podcast and also shares wellbeing tips every week via her free email, the Punchline. Being diagnosed with ADHD in 2025 has further broadened Gemma’s passion for professional wellbeing in the workplace. Having completed an ILM-recognised Enhanced Neurodivergent Strategies course, she can also offer a neurodivergent-friendly supervision space, offering further empathy and understanding of neurodivergence in the workplace, both for her clients and also their colleagues. Gemma is also an associate supervisor and facilitator for Education Support, the only UK mental health charity for educators.

Gemma also has a podcast: Teachers With Boundaries
