Gemma Rajiah

I’ve worked in education for over 20 years and bring experience as an Assistant Headteacher, SENCo, Inclusion Manager and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leader. I have worked within both the independent and state sectors. I am currently completing my Diploma in Reflective Supervision in Education (RSiE).

Alongside my leadership experience, I am a qualified Transformative Life Coach, specialising in Neurodiversity Coaching. Inclusion and neurodiversity are central to my work, and I am passionate about helping education professionals develop greater understanding, confidence and clarity when supporting the diverse needs of the children and young people. 

I have a particular interest in creating calm, supportive and reflective spaces where people can pause, think openly and explore the challenges they are facing. My experience as a senior leader means I understand the realities and responsibilities of working in the current educational landscape. I particularly enjoy supporting SENCOs, middle leaders, safeguarding leads and Early Career Teachers.

My approach is nurturing and supportive, balanced with gentle challenge and a touch of humour. I believe that those who spend their time supporting others also deserve space to be listened to and feel supported.l themselves. 

I am based in Hertfordshire and work both in person and online.
