About Heather Forest

Heather Forrest is a Cross-Professional Reflective Wellbeing Supervisor, Somatic Trauma-Informed Coach and GTCS-registered teacher, with a particular passion for bringing high-quality supervision into education.

With 18 years’ experience in education, across mainstream and additional support needs settings, Heather brings a strong understanding of the emotional demands, responsibility and complexity of working within schools. Her work now focuses on providing external 1:1 reflective supervision, particularly to school leaders and education professionals, offering a confidential space to reflect, process the challenges of their roles and strengthen wellbeing and professional capacity.

Heather also provides supervision across a range of professional settings, including social care, residential and secure care, counselling and leadership. This cross-professional experience enables her to bring learning and insight from different sectors while recognising the unique context of each individual.

Heather holds a Cross Professional Supervision Certificate with Distinction and is trained in Somatic Trauma-Informed Coaching. Her approach is warm, relational and trauma-informed, with a focus on curiosity, reflection, nervous system awareness and sustainable professional wellbeing.
