I specialise in supporting the people who hold everyone else together. With more than twenty-five years’ experience in education as an Executive Headteacher, Trust Strategic Leader and Safeguarding Lead, I understand the emotional demands of leadership. The responsibility of caring for others, making complex decisions and carrying the weight of safeguarding can often feel isolating, particularly when there is little space to reflect on the impact of the role.

My supervision practice is warm, relational and non-judgemental, providing a confidential space where leaders can pause, think and process challenges. I offer individual and group supervision for Headteachers, Senior Leaders, Designated Safeguarding Leads and SENCOs, drawing on NSPCC-accredited Child Protection Supervision training, EMCC coaching principles and ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring qualifications.

Having experienced burnout myself, I understand the importance of protecting wellbeing while maintaining professional effectiveness. This insight shapes my approach, helping leaders develop sustainable habits, build resilience and remain connected to their values and purpose.

Through LPI Education Ltd and Being the Head, I champion reflective practice and safeguarding the safeguarders. My aim is to create a trusted space where leaders feel supported, empowered and able to thrive professionally and personally, every day.
