Maz Foucher

Maz is a former Assistant Headteacher and KS2 lead. After moving on from school-based roles, Maz studied for an MA in Education Leadership, specifically researching teacher retention. She was Devon Regional Representative for the MTPT Project for three years and is passionate about supporting education staff with their work life and wellbeing. Maz now works in a Learning and Development role for an education publisher, which partly involves supporting former teachers with their professional development and career progression – the perfect combination alongside her supervision training with CSTD Bath. 

Maz comes from a multinational family – her grandparents are Italian and her husband is French – and she lives in Devon with her husband, two teenage sons and two cats.
