Ola Aralepo

Ola is a qualified mental health professional and supervisor with a cumulative experience of 15 years in schools in various roles, including teaching assistant, teacher, school counsellor and, more recently, offering training, reflective supervision and consultation, mainly to pastoral/mental health/wellbeing leads. He is also currently a research (EdD) student at UCL exploring interprofessional reflective collaborative practice between mental health and education professionals.He is passionate about challenging systemic barriers to inclusive practice and access to supervision within education.
